This postcard was going to be for something else, I added the hessian and then used black acrylic
Paint over it in a distress sort of way, didn't like it and put it on one side!
But I thought it was great for Hels Sunday stamper challenge as it's all very natural , hessian is natural isn't it ?
True there is not masses of stamping, but there is some all around the edges in black ink.
I am also entering this into the Inspiration Emporium challenge to be found

So first I added some Madame Payroud tissue to my painted hessian post card. This
Was adhered with Claudine Hellmuth matt medium.
Tissue just torn and added as above , over the painted hessian.
Oh by the way, the postcard had a good coating of gesso first too.
Below is the hessian packet , tissue packet & gloss medium
I have some die cuts from the Tim Holtz pine cone die set, so painted one in tea pink
Acrylic artiste ink to make a rose.
Inking the edges with a deep peach chalk ink
As below photo
Below is the rose made up and glossed up with some glossy accents.
The leaves are stained with distress stain metallic bronze
With a little frayed burlap ink on edges
Below is a photo of another die cut I acquired from somewhere ! Anyway, I painted it in cream
Acrylic paint & then inked the edges with frayed burlap distress ink
I then added some Madame Payroud ephemera , bee & butterfly
Lots of ribbon with a pretty paper clip , the word 'Joy'
& a few pearls, well they are natural aren't they ?
Another great project! I love the burlap with the tissue paper on it, great idea! It all came together beautifully, I'm glad you finished it ;)
