I would also like to enter this into Hels Sunday stamper challenge
Here :- http://pinkleart.blogspot.co.uk/2014/09/sunday-stamper-week-326-paper-roses.html
This is my entry, it's a cardboard hanger from my husbands favourite clothes shop !
See below photo of the underwear hanger covered in Gesso
I didn't have any tissue to hand. So used my blue roll
Mop up tissue paper& was quite pleased with how it turned out.
Below is the stamp & image stamped onto the tissue
Using a black dye ink
I stamped distress ink pads on an acrylic block and very
Gently with a wet paintbrush, water-coloured it.
Next while the flowers were drying I stamped my (now dried)
Gesso hanger with pine needles distress ink
With the circles stamp shown below
Next I very carefully tore out my dry flowers from the blue tissue
I used a lovely Dylusions stencil with pink embossing paste
For extra interest and texture
I added the roses carefully to the hanger with matt medium.
Covering over the top with the medium too.
I saved one image which I matted onto white card so I
Could decoupage with it.
I love the way all the stencilling I did with pink embossing paint
Is showing through too.
